Review Competition

Terms and Conditions for Dental Nurse Academy Review Competition February 2024

1. No purchase, payment, or donation of any kind is necessary to enter.
2. The promoter of the competition is the Dental Nurse Academy.
3. The competition is open to:
   1. Dental Nurse Academy candidates successful in the January 2024 OSCE exam and;
   2. Post a review about their experience with Dental Nurse Academy using the link provided before midnight on Monday 11th of March 2024.
4. Entries are only valid if posted to the correct Google Reviews page (link provided above) and include a full name that we can match to Dental Nurse Academy data (and therefore can contact via email if successful).
5. All eligible reviews will be judged by the Directors of Dental Nurse Academy.
6. Judges will award 3 prizes of £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards* to each of the 3 contestants who, in the judges' view, write a review with the most skill (use of English, spelling, grammar, originality) and integrity.
7. In the event that three or less entries are made to the competition, all entrants will receive a prize. The Dental Nurse Academy reserves the right to withold any unclaimed prizes. For example, if only two entries are made, each of the two entrants will win a prize, and the Dental Nurse Academy will retain one of the gift cards.
8. It is a condition of entry that competitors accept that the judges’ decision is binding and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Notification of the winners of the competition will be emailed to the winners email address provided within one week of the closing date.
10. The first names of the successful candidates and their general location within the UK will be published on the Dental Nurse Academy website.
11. The Dental Nurse Academy reserves the right to publish, or not to publish, full reviews or excerpts from reviews, including the first names and general location within the UK, on the Dental Nurse Academy website.
12. All prizes are Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards*. No substitutes or cash equivalents are allowed.
13. Potential winners will not be disqualified for any disability, race (including nationality, colour, ethnic or national origin), religion or belief, gender reassignment, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy and maternity, or any other protected characteristics.
14. Should a winner choose to decline the awarded prize, a new winner can be selected and the prize to the original winner is forfeited by them.
15. All winners are responsible for any tax liabilities arising from their prize.
16. These rules may be amended at any time up to the closing date of the competition
